We have alternatives available in our restaurants for many dishes. Please add allergy or dietary requirements in the comment box at the time of booking so that our team are aware ahead of your visit.
In the event that you are unable to or fail to attend, we regret that tickets will not be refunded. Should Covid guidelines and UK Government legislation prohibit us from running as planed then a full refund will be issued. However your booking is amendable with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
You will receive ticket confirmation with your e-ticket(s) to the email address supplied at the time of booking. No paper tickets will be issued. If you cannot locate your e-ticket(s) please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate, please contact us using the details at the bottom.
Where available, you can amend the details of your booking up to 48 hours before you visit. Log into your account, or call our customer service team on 01652 241065.
